Shooting Drill: one shoot - one high-low

This is a nice drill to train the diamond set in which we work a quick long distance shoot and a high-low position as well.

1 is at the top of the key with two balls.
Then 5 sets a cross screen for 5 who comes hard off
the screen recieves the first ball from 1 and shoots.
5 rolls to the center of the paint recieves the second
ball and shoots.
