Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul Flex Offense

What can we do if we have a good forward in our roster? I am trying to answer this question sharing this nice Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul's Flex Offense, which is played by the Turkish to seek the forward (Kleiza or Bjelica) at the low post to play a 1 and 1, or at the top of the key to get a long-distance shoot.

First option is when 1 dribbles to the left
wing, and 3 sets a cross screen for 4.
Then 4 comes hard off the screen to the
left low post and 3 slides up to the top of
the key being downscreened by 5. 

But the turkish plays often this choice.
3 sets a cross screen for 4, but 4 slides up
to the top of the key being downscreened
by 5. 4 can receive the ball at the top for a
shoot or can curl the 5's screen and slides
down to the left low post.
