Lithuania National Team Offensive Transition

Turn for the Lithuanian National Team with a interesting offensive transition used to seek the 4 and the 5 at both low posts.

The transition starts with 5 setting a ball-
screen for 1 at the left wing and rolling to
the left low post. 4 slides up to the top of
the key. 1 comes hard off the screen and
can pass to 5 at the low post or to 4 at the
top.

If 1 hits 4 then 2 sets a downscreen for 3
and pops to the right corner. 2 moves to 4
for a hand-off pass.

Finally an offense triangle is played bet-
ween 3, 2 and for 4.
