Memphis Grizzlies Horns-Flex Offense

Despite being on holidays, today I would like to remember an interesting Horns-Flex Offense by Memphis Grizzlies, that they used to play to seek the 3 at the low post, to get a quick shot after playing a "pick the picker" movement, or to seek the 5 at the low post.

From horns set, 4 opens and recieves the ball
from 1. Then 1 moves to the left wing.
2 sets a cross screen for 3 who cuts to the
left low post. Then 2 moves to the top being
downscreened by 5.

4 and 1 can seek 3 at the low post, or 4 can 
hit 2 for a quick shoot, or to seek 5 at the
right low post.
