Houston Rockets Side Ballscreen Offense

In this post we are checking a Side Ballscreen Offense by Houston Rockets which is used to seek a quick shoot, or at the end of the set to play a side ballscreen to seek 5, in the paint.

From a 2-high set, 5 opens and 1 hits 5. Then

2 moves towards the top, being staggered

screened by 4 and 1. 3 cuts towards the right

corner. 5 hits 1 for a quick shoot.

If 2 can't get a shoot, then 5 sets a ballscreen

for 2 and rolls to the rim. 2 can lay-up, or can

hit 5 in the paint.
